• More homes and condominiums prices being slashed
• Banks filing lawsuits on condominiums
• Recession cited by analyst as a main cause for foreclosures
In the current scheme of things that is foreclosures, nothing is safe, and that means nothing from townhouses all the way up to condominiums (condo for short) are being foreclosed. Even though it is stated that the national foreclosure rate is dropping, the buyer rates of homes are being increased dramatically. But analysts are not certain as to whether this trend will continue.
There are several free foreclosure listings all over the places from news papers to the internet has been drawn into this trend. No-one is safe neither the rich nor the poor, but the amount that is foreclosed varies. It has become main stay to see condo foreclosures all around us; this trend in condo foreclosures has been steady over the last year and a half, for example last year Bank United filed a foreclosure lawsuit of 3.5 million dollars targeting an office condo, while this year it can be seen that condominiums prices are becoming slashed very rapidly.
Condo foreclosures are extremely secretive but can still be easily viewed, as this year has gone by it has been seen in several parts of Illinois that both single family homes and condominiums are being sold significantly cheaper (roughly 39 percent cheaper to be exact) than their actual prices. In the last months June through August persons have been picking up condo’s as cheap as 140,000 dollars, quite cheap considering they would have cost at least twice that a few years back. This drop in prices and rapidly growing market show us that condo’s are being foreclosed quite rapidly.
They are several free foreclosure listings around us that can link us to our dream house or next relaxation pad, for as the recession (which has been cited by many analyst to be the main cause for this rapid amount of foreclosures) continues to lengthen more houses and condo’s will become available and can be fetched up for half its actual worth making them one of the most sought after commodities of our current time. For the best advice you should view several different free foreclosure listings and make your own estimations on them.
